Iroquois Park

Saanichton Development was the prime contractor for the construction of the newly renovated Iroquois Park in Sidney BC. This was a very extensive project involving a number of different sub trades to be be completed. Many components constructed during this project including new drainage and fencing for the entire site.  The "Splash Park" kids water park was constructed during this time as well. The tennis courts were installed. A new parking lot for the Sidney boat launch was also placed on the site. When all components were in place the site was beautified with extensive landscaping and irrigation. This project was completed on time and on budget, a style in which we prefer to do business!
